Returns

At My Smart Shop, we know you will be happy with our products. However, sometimes you may need to return items back to us.
Please read our returns policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.


By making a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this returns policy.

Your statutory rights summarised here, are in addition to any manufacturer’s warranty which is offered with your items; such warranties will vary from item to item.

 


  • Changed your mind about an item, no worries. An order can be cancelled at any point before the item is dispatched. 
  • In line with the Consumer Contract Regulations (ICACs), you have a cooling-off period in which an item can be returned within 14 days from receipt of the item.
    The item must be ‘as new’ and not used when returned to us.
  • We will provide you with a returns label, the cost of which will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • After notifying us that you wish to return your item, It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are returned to us within 14 days or by the "Post by Date" shown on the returns label, whichever is sooner. 
  • You will not have the right to cancel/return an item if it’s made to your specification or customised to your requirements.
  • "Change of Mind" returns will not be accepted for digital orders with software downloads.
  • You can exchange an item within 14 days, just let us know and we will provide a pre-paid returns label for the item. 
    Any additonal shipping costs for exchanges under "Change of Mind" will be borne by the customer. 

  • In the unlikely case of damaged items, please inform us within 7 days of receiving the goods.
    We will endevour to replace the damaged item without any additional cost to the customer.
  • Alternatively, we may, at our discretion, issue a credit note or reimbursment instead of a replacement for damaged goods returned.
  • We (My Smart Shop) will provide a suitable pre-paid return method for damaged items.
  • You must return the damaged items within 14 days or notify us in advance of delays beyond this timeframe. 
  • We reserve the right to inspect all returned products prior to agreeing to any reimbursment or product exchange.
  • Once recieved by our warehouse, we will issue you with a replacement or full refund to your original payment method. 

  • Delivered product is faulty within 30 days? Please notify us and we will provide a suitable pre-paid returns method. 
    Items verified faulty within 30 days, will be offered an exchange or full refund to your original payment method. 
  • If an item becomes faulty after 30 days, inform us as soon as possible and we will attempt to repair or replace the product under the warranty specifed by the manufacturer, unless otherwise stated.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are returned to us in suitable packaging so the item is not damaged in transit. 
  • In cases where an item is returned within 30 days, is deemed not to be faulty, the associated return shipping costs may be incurred by the customer. 

  • All sales of digital items are final. We do not offer refunds for any digital product purchases.
  • Items where packaging or any of the individual product or components have been mounted, installed or damaged are non-refundable.
  • My Smart Shop is not liable for any items lost or damaged during the return shipping process. 
    We offer a reliable and trackable shipping method.
  • Manufacturers warranty will apply to all products except those labelled "Graded" or "Refurbished".

Excluded from Warranty

  • Claims due to improper use.
  • Broken glass or screens.
  • Moisture and water damage.
  • Accidental, fall or impact damage.
